Well I have just finished cleaning the downstairs of The Honest Lawyer pub here in Southampton and jolly nice it looks too! Bits of the pub look a bit tired but a few nic-knacks, a splash of paint and a bit of love and attention should sort all that.
The previous owners left in tragic circumstances with the death of the Land Lady who sadly had a heart attack but credit to them - the pub in intact and in good condition and has a nice feeling about it.
The next step is to get the boiler sorted out on Mon, beer delivery Tues day and then off we go!!!
